This whole thing bugs me. The main reason is that Cinco de Mayo is NO BIG DEAL to most
Mexicans. It is mostly the Americans restaurant owners and the people of the Mexican state,
Puebla (where the Mexicans secured victory in battle over the French)who celebrate the 5th
of May. This day in no way is a National holiday in Mexico like September 16th (Mexico’s
