As Congress begins picking through Obama’s vast election year budget, many Democratic incumbents and candidates are now talking out of the other side of their mouth hoping that the fools that voted for them will believe their lies.
These are the same people who have been embracing their Glorious Leader’s socialist policies for a year. The same people who brought you the stimulus and ObamaCare. They are playing the American people for fools!
Heading into an election season in which Democrats have wholeheartedly supported all of Obama’s un-American policies, Democratic politicians are trying to declare their independence from Obama. This time tested campaign trick is particularly important for Democrats this year, because their socialistic party dominates Washington and American’s are waking up!
Obama is demanding continued support for his socialist plans. Obama told the Senate Democrats. “We’ve got to finish the job on health care. We’ve got to finish the job on financial regulatory reform.”
While Democrats agree with Obama’s socialism, they want to be reelected. Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.) sharply denounced the cuts in farm subsidies that are so important to her state because it’s good 2010 politics in a state that voted heavily against Obama in the 2008 election. Her campaign website featured a news report: “Lincoln challenges Obama on liberal `extremes.'” And…“Blanche stands up for Arkansas farm families.” What a load of crap! She is a liberal extremist! She voted for ObamaCare!
Check out “Rubberstamp Robin” who supported ObamaCare and other socialist initiatives. In Missouri, Democratic Senate candidate Robin Carnahan said “Missouri families have to balance their checkbooks and our government is no different.” Do you think she actually believes that?
No Democrat has more of a burden in defending Obama’s budget than Rep. John Spratt (D-S.C.), the House Budget Committee Chairman who is facing a strong opponent. Spratt has embraced Obama and all his policies including the deficit-laden budgets. When Obama’s budget was delivered to Capitol Hill, Spratt joined in a “photo op” for its reception.
